Apart from the information directly visible on the Site we do not collect, store, use or retain any personal information except as a direct result of Users and businesses utilising the Contact Us process.

Should any personal information be provided to us through any process, we guarantee that such information will only be used to respond to any requests and any correspondence will only be retained as required by law.

We do not share or sell any such personal information or any other data we hold to any third party.

We do not have access to the details of any User’s names, contact details or other information apart from statistical details provided through standard analytical usage programs. Should any personal details inadvertently come to our attention we agree that we will destroy such information safely and securely.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia and each party submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
